Accompanying person fee includes
Accompanying person can only participate in the social programme activities. A registered participant can only register ONE accompanying person.

After your complete on-line registration, a reply e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address automatically.

Online Registration form
Registration must be done by filling the Online Registration form, one form per person. You will receive a reservation confirmation after completing the form; if you do not receive it, please contact the Technical Secretariat at This email address is being protected from spambots. Please, introduce the Name, Surname, Company/Institution, City, Country as you want it to appear on the name Badge.
If student registration is selected, please provide proof of present enrollment in an academic institution; otherwise, you will be requested to pay the full registration fee.
A confirmation voucher and invoice will be sent right after the payment is received. Please review it carefully and take note of your registration number. This number will be requested for any change or check.

Payment
All payments have to be made in Euros. The following payment methods will be available:
- Credit Card Online: you will be redirected to a Bank secure page. VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
- Bank Transfer: detailed banking information will be provided automatically upon request by e-mailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Bank fees must be paid by the participant. This option will only be available until May 20th 2022.
No personal check will be accepted for any payments.
Payment on-site: Cash (Euro) or credit card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express) are accepted.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that cancellations are sometimes necessary. Delegates may receive a refund less 50€ processing fee for cancellation requests made by April 25, 2022 at 23:59 (GMT+1). No refunds will be granted for cancellation after April 26, 2022.

Refunds will be issued after the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be paid in Euros.
ESACT 2022 Organisers will not be responsible for any losses incurred by attendees, including (but not limited to) airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
